QUEST FOR PURE FOODS

Good foods are tempting, right?
But have you ever wondered whether they are really good in the terms of quality and purity?

Yes. That’s the crux of the matter. Once you go through my Blog you will be able to find out that locating or obtaining quality, genuine and pure food is not an easy task. The matter gets even more complicated due to the advertising and promotional world which tends to keep us away from the actual truths.

Let us see why this is so. We all like food especially the intrinsic desire to try and taste out new foods is always a passion with us. We look at malls, new shops and various information regarding new foods available in the internet. However can we be absolutely sure that the information provided to us is true or not?

Do food portals give correct information in terms of quality, contents and availability sourced of their food products? What about the ingredients and the preparation processes involved? Was the utensil (or Machine) in which the food was made clean and hygienic? What about the quality of the ingredients used? Were they from reliable and clean sources? Water is a primary ingredient used in most products, where did this water come from?
Water as we all know is a carrier of micro-organisms that may be harmful to us so was the water tested for quality?

Take a look at the pictures below.

Here in the two pictures we see vendors selling food products. The foods itself raise several questions, but what I have to point out to you is different. Consider the tables or utensils used to keep the food. Are they free from unseen germs? Notice the instruments the vendors are using. The pincher or the knife, have they been cleaned or sterilized? In one photo the vendor is shown wearing a glove, which is good but the other one? Do you realize how much of infection can be caused by the use of bare hands?
It seems deadly but that’s not the end. Do you realize that the food is exposed to the atmosphere? Well, you all know that bacteria and virus use air as medium to spread? If that is so we should also think of the atmosphere in which these foods are being sold.

So many questions are there. If we go into asking them all maybe we will be lost in a labyrinth.

Why am I so particular to point out these things to you?
It’s just to make you understand that getting a food that can be labeled absolutely safe and hygienic is a case too rare. If this is the truth then how can we get good quality harmless food that is pure?

As Shakespeare put it “ that is the question”
I aim to provide a simple practical solution but surely it’s not the right time yet to disclose.
